6.1 Responsibility. You retain ownership of any menu entries, logos, or other content you upload ("Your Content"), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely to provide and promote the Service.

6.2 Prohibited Content. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding Your Content) and its underlying technology are and will remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.

8. Fees and Payment

If you subscribe to any paid tier beyond the free/demo account, you agree to pay all applicable fees at the rates in effect when the fees are due. All fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MYTAPS.ICU OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyTaps.icu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
